Cancellation & Refund

Merchant: A person who operates a commercial enterprise, even partially, in her own name is called a merchant.

Consumer: A natural or legal person acting for non-commercial or non-professional purposes is called a consumer.

In AKINSOFT Return Procedures, evaluation and examination are carried out within the framework of the Turkish Commercial Code, the Code of Obligations and the Law on Consumer Protection.

As of the “Invoice Cut-off Date”, the End User;

If the Merchant;
Does not have the right of withdrawal.
If the End User detects a clearly obvious defect in the product within two days after the delivery of the product (invoice date), he/she must notify the situation in writing to AKINSOFT Center. For defects that are not clearly obvious, the period is eight days after the delivery of the product (invoice date). Within this eight-day period, the End User is obliged to examine the product, have it examined and if the product is found to be defective as a result of this examination, to notify AKINSOFT Center in writing within this period.
If the problem cannot be solved within at least eight (8) days from the official solution notification of AKINSOFT Headquarters (this period may be up to 15 days depending on the defect), the End User has the right to return the program as defective goods. The special requests of the End User regarding the AKINSOFT Program used are outside this scope (the Headquarters reserves the right to make deductions or reject it depending on the return status and conditions).

The End User who detects the defect but does not notify AKINSOFT is deemed to have accepted the product as it is.

The Consumer;
has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 (seven) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal in service contracts where the service is started with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period expires.

If the End User requests the return of the AKINSOFT program purchased due to a defect within the first six (6) months (the first six (6) months from the invoice date) and the reported defect is not resolved within six (6) months from the official resolution notification of the AKINSOFT Head Office, the End User has the right to return the program as defective goods. Special requests of the End User regarding the AKINSOFT Program used are outside this scope (the Head Office reserves the right to make deductions or reject the return according to the status and conditions).
